Retrieve files from Android into PC version of Rush

Since I am having issues with my Android version of Rush as noted in other posts, I opened Rush on my laptop and went to import the photos using the folder directory on the left but it won't see my phone that is plugged in via USB cable and, yes, the phone screen is open and unlocked.

Any resolutions to having it seen in the directory?

OBVIOUSLY I'll need to momentarily do a workaround but the directory should be able to access phone/camera files.
