Rush crash on export - sync not working with cloud

Hi Adobe 

I have a 40 min 2.4 gb video @ 1080p on my iPhone 12pro. It will not export and continually crashes the programme. 
I syncd it with my cloud tried to access on desktop to export to you tube and files are missing..

si I'm stuck with a fully completed video on my phone I can easily edit but not export.

do you have a work around - eg depositing source video into the desktop Adobe rush import file ???

I'm lost and slightly disappointed as first draft rendered and uploaded around a week ago. I've cleaned out space on cloud phone etc so now trying same on desktop despite the lack of synce ...

HELP.. This is the kind of unreliability I expect from free apps not a heavily paying subscribed service... yours-  disappointed in Devon
