Rush Footage not loading

I'm trying to edit training video's on my phone, but the footage won't load. I uploaded it a while ago through my phone. Some video's did load back. The first image of the videos still show on the app, so the footage should be still in adobe somewhere. I didn't change locations of the videofiles. Can somebody help?

Hi Viktor,

The footage should be on your phone and possibly just needs to be reconnected. Tap the clip and use the "Find and Connect" option. Connect the clip and you're back in business. 

 

Media is no longer stored in the Cloud, as sync was removed last year. If you have some videos from last year, it's possible that the footage is unrecoverable it if it's not locally on the device.
