Rush import on mobile

Trying to use Rush on S20 for small projects shot from my phone. Some videos import, but others of the same format give me a "can not import media(s)" message. Any ideas? I'm stumped.

Thanks for writing in. Can you provide the details of media files (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
