Hi @krissie_2977,

What kind of media are you editing with? Is it iPhone HDR footage? If so, switch off the "spatial audio" setting in your camera settings and try again. Let us know if it worked!

Thanks,
Kevin

HI @krissie_2977,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for the message. I hope you had a nice weekend.

Are you on the desktop version or mobile? If desktop, I would advise transcoding the footage in Shutter Encoder as a test. Go for the H.264 option to see if that works as a test. I think what you're experiencing is media related. Rush was developed before a lot of these newer formats were prevalent in the community. Let me know if the advice works.

Thanks,
Kevin

I am on mobile. The media from my android is a resolution of FDH and CODEC
is H.264. For the media from my camera that was sent to my phone and
uploaded to RUSH mobile, I can't tell what the CODEC is.... for the details
it only gives me MP4 1.5MP 1440x1080.

All my media uploaded fine in Rush mobile. I was able to complete my edits
with no issue between the audio and the video. The whole video plays fine
in the app. I only have this issue when I try to export it. I tried
exporting using all the presents at export to see if any of them gave a
different result. all of them did the same thing. The file size is
estimated to be 3.00 GB.

I tried refreshing the app and did a hard restart on my phone... still the
same result.

This also happened with the meda I tried to export previously that was just
media from my phone with the CODEC H.264

Hi @krissie_2977,

It sounds like the export setting for a sequence created by your odd clip size does not exist. Can you try a test with a clip in 1920 x 1080 or 4K? Let me know what happens. I hope we can help.

Thanks,
Kevin
