Rush mobile app is not able to load any media and create a new project

Hi,
 
Can you please help me with this problem?
The Premiere Rush mobile app is not working at all on my phone. It won't let me load any media or create a new project, even when I'm using mobile data or wifi.
Do you have any idea why this is happening? I've already reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, put it in airplane mode... nothing worked...
It's quite frustrating when I pay for a product that constantly has errors or doesn't work at all.
 
I'd appreciate any advice.

Hello Klara,

Are you using the Czech version of the app? Try the US English version. There is a major bug with the Czech version. Sorry about that.
