Good day and happy new year to everyone.
I've got a worrying issue as rush does not seem to load any of my projects. After "preparing projects" the screen goes black with only the top menu bar displayed (file, edit, clip, etc)
I was 2 weeks into editing a large project. I've researched the topic and followed suggestions such as update, sign out and back in, restart the computer, restart the application. Nothing seems to work and I'm really hoping to get a helpful response from Adobe.
Please help.

I read your note. Can you furnish the community with details about your computer system and the media you are using? That would help us diagnose the problem easier. Sorry for the hassle.

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I'm quite sure it's not the computer system (TUF gaming F15 i5 with upgraded ram) as Rush started doing after updating. I've used rush for around a year on the same system, clearing caches often and keeping my computer storage space low etc. I've had many other problems with the application and unfortunately decided to cancel and go for another program. Hope that you guys manage to get the finer issues sorted.
