The reason I posted the info for Premiere Pro troubleshooting is because GPU driver issues can affect digital video applications--whether they are Premiere Rush or Premiere Pro.

 

Using the latest version and/or resetting preferences also helps for any Creative Cloud application--not just the digital video apps.
