Rush video shows templates how do I install them?

I'm completely new to Rush and have been looking at your videos.  I'm looking at this on my desktop.  In the video "Customizing your titles" you show access to different templates.  Where do these templates come from?  Do they have to be installed?  I have tried clicking on Install Template, and then selecting a template from the "Rush Bundled Templates" folder but nothing seems to happen.  Any suggestions?

OK, I found them by accident when I was doing something else, they weren't where they were in the video.
