Adobe Rush will not run as it gets stuck on importerquicktime.prm in the loading screen. I have tried over a dozen fixes online but none have worked. The program is completely unusable and simply will not open no matter what I do. If I can't fix it I'll have to delete the program and stop paying since it's completely non-functioning.
I've tried adjusting firewall settings, changing the names of folders, reverting to older versions/rolling back updates, uninstalling and re-installing everything; but nothing works.
It's a shame that Adobe has yet to announce a fix to an issue that makes their own program completely useless, as I've seen this issue elsewhere on the internet.
If you have any other solutions to try please let me know.
