Sad to see premiere rush die

"3 of 3 media could not be imported" -- sad to see this app die. this, and many other crashing, no network, and other issues have cursed this app. Does Adobe even care about this app? It has been buggy the past year.... sad... iphone 16 pro. latest update. 4k footage

I reported this issue to the team and they said that they just received an iPhone 16 to test with. With the latest iOS, cinematic footage is not supported. Here is what they found out:

  • iPhone 13 Pro / iOS 17.7: Imports and plays without any issues
  • iPhone 15 Pro / iOS 18.1: Imports the video, but only displays a black screen in the monitor
  • iPhone 16 Pro / iOS 18.0: Fails to import

Until this issue is solved, I would recommend to avoid shooting in Cinematic mode. I hope the information helps. I apologize for this issue and hope it is resolved soon.
