Screen Recording App's

I need to record several upcoming meetings.

I will be recording from the screen from my MAC Desktop.

I subscribe to the Adobe Creative Cloud set of Applications - 

But I do not know which is best for recording meetings off my desktop - 

Meeting will be video & audio on Zoom / Skype / etc.

Can someone suggest what is best within the Adobe CC sweet?

There is no screen recording app available as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud, blp.

Among available options, I don't recommend the free apps out there. Their video isn't often easily ediable. But in my experience, CyberLink PowerDirector includes a full featured screen recorder that produces video that is easily editable in PowerDirector -- or most other video editors.

As I recall, Zoom has a built-in screen recording utility. You can utilize it to record and share meetings. If you need a third-party screen recorder, maybe you can also try Joyoshare VidiKit. I often use it to record virtual meetings and movies in 1080p. It is able to record screen with no lag and no watermark. I hope that it can help you.
