Hello,
I have an Adobe Photography Pack including Premiere Rush. When I try to export my Premiere Rush project, the app notifies me that the export limit has been reached, like I only have a trial version.
I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it, but that didn't solve the problem.
Does somebody have an idea ?
Thank you.
JJE

jean-jacquese,
Sorry! Does signing out from Creative Cloud, then signing back in help? Let us know.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your quick reply. Signing out and signing back does not solve the problem.

A number of people, including me, have the same exact issue. I have also posted questions, but no one with Adobe has addressed a solution. I hope they respond soon and fix the issue. It's really slowing up what I'm trying to do.

I tried Premier Rush previously and whilst it seemed like a good programme, I had the same issue you've all had. So I uninstalled the programme and just accepted I'll use just photoshop and lightroom for my photos and find something else for the video. I won't name it because Adobe won't like me doing it but theres a programme that uses the surname of a famous painter and the word resolve. I haven't tried the studio version as you have to pay for that and I don't edit video enough for me to warrant paying for something, however the free version seemed to be alot better than Rush in my opinion.

Update: Adobe removed the 3-export limit on all versions of Premiere Rush (including both desktop and mobile) in October 2021... The free Starter version of Rush has no time expiration either.
So this should no longer be an issue for Rush on any platform, with or without any plan.
