Hello,
We're trying to use Premiere Rush with a set of shared iPads. Once Class A signs in, the iPads refuse to allow anyone else to sign in when Class B comes to use the iPads. Even if you log out of the app via the Sign Out button, the app refuses to sign into the Class B pupil's Google account instead getting stuck in a kind of limbo where it looks like it's signed in as Class A pupil but isn't actually working at all.
Is there any easy way to get around this? We have the same issue in the Adobe Express app too but usually use that via our Chromebooks which works fine.
Hi @csmith87,
Thanks for the note. You indicate that you are in a "classroom" or lab environment. Is this an EDU installation of Rush or a consumer one? Which subscription plan is in place? If you are working on an EDU license, you can contact the school district's IT admin, who can sort this out for you. If this is a standard app installation, please let us know. I hope we can help here. Sorry for the frustration.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
We're using the Adobe for Enterprise accounts.
Is this a setting we can change in the Admin console as I have the admin access.
Thanks

Thanks for the info, @csmith87! You can engage Adobe Enterprise support if you have access to console. Info is here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html
Let me know if they assist you with this issue.
Thanks,
Kevin
