Hello,
Is it possible to create simple lyric videos in Adobe Premiere Rush like this one in the link below where the rhyming words highlight? If not, any suggestions on how to do so? Just trying to figure out how to do this. Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance!

I'd recommend using either Adobe Animate or Adobe After Effects to recreate that type of animation.

Thank you for the reply Myra! Would you happen to know if I would be able to highlight rhyming syllables on either one of those? Like how they are in that sample video above?

Yes, you could highlight rhyming syllables with either Animate or After Effects.

Awesome! And my last question would be, can I use Apple Music or some other streaming platform for music over the video?

You would want to make sure that you secure rights to any music that you would use. Then in Animate, you would import the sound file. Here's more information about using sound in Animate including supported formats:
