Speed Adjustments & FPS

I’ve played w the new update, which I’m super excited about. I've been using footage shot in 120fps. Does Adobe Rush prefer footage shot in 24fps when making speed adjustments? Or does it matter at all?  I’ve looked for answer but not finding it.

I think the best practice is if you are wanting something to be in slow motion you'll want a faster frame rate, so 120fps is more ideal than 24fps to avoid slow video that looks like it stutters. But if you want to speed your footage up I believe it matters less what frames per second you shoot. It's going by so fast you won't notice much.
