Can you try signing out of the app, then signing back in? That might work.

Thanks,
Kevin

I think the problem occurred after installing iOS 18.3.1 because it was working fine until then. I can’t uninstall the app because I have several projects and hours of work in it, and I need those projects as soon as possible while also wanting to keep them. Besides, according to the comments, uninstalling doesn’t help anyway. However, I still need the app because I edit videos almost every day, and I recently paid for the extended version, which I’m not happy about if the app doesn’t work. There are more users experiencing the same issue, so maybe the technicians could start looking into a possible connection with the new iOS update. This problem needs to be resolved quickly.
