Supported device. Still cannot install due to device not compatible.

Hi,

I'm trying to install Premiere Rush on my Pixel phone. Looking at the supported android phones supported

mine should be supported, but unfortunately I cannot install Rush.

It's a Pixel 3XL, which as mentioned previously, is supported according to the web link.

I can install Creative Cloud with a issue, but any adobe apps give me the "Your device isn't compatible with this version" - Is this an Android 13 issue, or a Adobe issuse? 

Hopfully someone can shed some light as I'm paying for somthing that clearly doesn't work when it should.

You're right. Based on the Adobe Premiere Rush system requirements page, a Pixel 3XL running Android 9 or later should work. I wonder if there's enough space on your phone to install it.

There was a similar discussion about the Pixel 4XL with some recommendations once it was supported:

Maybe one of the Adobe Employees know more about this issue (@carolinesears1).

If you have the paid version, then you can also use it on a computer. You can install it from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
