Swapping Rush Project Into Different Adobe Account

I recently completed an entire project in Rush, however when I went to finish it up in Premiere, I realized somehow it was created on an older Adobe account that has been downgraded to Free. So now when I sign into use Premiere with my real account, it can't locate the Premiere Rush project.

How can I move a Premiere Rush project to a different Adobe account?

You will have to create(or Turn sync ON for a local project on Project Browser screen) a synced project and login with the same CC account on another system to view it there.
