Sych app to computer RU

I am trying this for the first time and looks like I will be using this quite often. However, the app will not sych with my desktop like LR and LR Mobile does. Is there something I am doing incorrectly or RU does not do this?

I appreciate your time and apologize if this is already been asked...I did not find it.

What do you mean by "sych with my desktop"? Are you not seeing your project and media files?
