Did Adobe discontinue the ability to sync video projects to the cloud? If so, why would they do this?

There is still a way to move mobile projects to your computer, so while it's not as good as sync, you can still get a Rush project that begins on a mobile device into Premiere Pro on a desktop or laptop computer.
