I'm having an issue syncing my desktop with my phone in premier rush. I have the paid for version thru my phone, but when I try to click the sync button on a new project on the desktop, it gives me an error saying that i need the paid version to sync files to ACC. ?? I am logged in under ACC, and in the desktop version under the same id, but its not registering that I have the paid version? Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

Thanks for the message. Sorry for the issue. Which subscription package do you have? It's possible that your subscription does not support syncing between devices. Let us know more info so we can help.
