Takes forever to load my music folder

I had no problem with loading picture and videos, but when comes to music, it never loads. I don't  have much music file on my phone and I don't know why it takes forever to load

i'm using samsung A54, trying to load some MP3 files and any recognizeable music files but no luck. i had hard time to add my on music into rush

Thanks for the message. I'm Kevin from support, one of the forum moderators. I don't see your phone in the system requirements: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/system-requirements.html.

 

Perhaps that is the reason for the unexpected behavior. Sorry about that.

 

You might try .mp3 files from another vendor. It seems that certain embedded codecs might not be supported. Please also try a .aif or .wav file. I hope that you can get this working with a bit more troubleshooting. Let me know what happens after trying other formats.
