Hi,
I’m exporting motion graphics templates from Adobe Premiere Pro to Adobe Premiere Rush that contains shapes with 70% opacity. Both in Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush they look less transparent, more washed-out, in comparison with for instance how they the same opacity looks in After Effects or Photoshop.
In Premiere Pro I found that unchecking “Composite in Linear Color” in Sequence settings fixes the issue. However, this doesn’t affect their appearacy in Rush.
I suppose cranking upp the opacity to something very close to 90-99% would be a workaround to make this work, but is there a better and more predictive way to get the right “non-linear” transparancy?
