Trouble Rendering Videos with Zoom/Meet Recordings

Hi - 

I am a high school video teacher and I have students using premiere rush for iPad during our virtual learning. They are having issues exporting videos that have recorded conversations/meetings on Google Meet or Zoom. All other videos are fine exporting but when they try in sequences with meet or zoom recordings, it says "Unable to render successfully."

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
• Can you try duplicating the sequence and see if that helps?
• Usually, screen recorded footage has a variable frame rate that could cause performance issues. Could you try the suggestions mentioned here?
