You can use MediaInfo to get the media details. Also, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message you're getting?

J'ai le même problème et ma vidéo est de format HEVC je comprends pas pourquoi le fichier n'est pas prise en charge

Thanks for the note. Are you using the "starter" version of Rush, or are you on a paid plan? If you are on the free version, download Shutter Encoder (free) and convert your clips to H.264. That will work!
