Unable to activate Sync on Premium Rush on my Desktop

Projects I created on Premium Rush Mobile are uplading to Creative Cloud, but none of these projects are sync'ing with the Premium Rush on my Desktop.  Also, I've created projects on Premium Rush on my Desktop, but when I try to activate sync for the project by clicking the 3 dots and then the "Turn on Sync" option I only see a "Learn More" blue button and Back button.  Please help.  Thanks, John

For sync issues on Desktop, try these troubleshooting steps from the Troubleshoot sync errors page:

  • Make sure that your Creative Cloud application is open and logged in.
  • Make sure that sync is completed within the Creative Cloud application. When you open the project, a blue circular icon appears in the upper right title bar of the application. This icon shows progress of the upload.
