I have a paid plan for Creative Cloud, yet when I try to queue up and export my media from Adobe Media Encoder, I get the following error (see image).

Thsnks for the message. Which subscription plan do you have? Only certain ones support the full version of Rush. For example, the Photography subscription does not include Rush. Let me know, and I'll try to assist you.
