I'm unable to upload the images from my device since this morning. Tried multiple times, but it isn't working. Any idea if there's a solution for this. I have tried restarting my device as well, but to of no use

What do you see when you press the blue +? Do you get the option to press the Your Media button?
Do you have the Creative Cloud mobile app?
If so, you could try signing out and back in.
