Unable to overlay png file on ipad

I can't upload png file to Premiere Rush on Ipad air2

I want to upload a png picture to overlay on the video. It displays an error saying it is unsupported media and can't be uploaded. Does anyone know how to fix this? I also attached my png file and a screenshot of the error window.

I have the same problem on Android. Although it does work if you down scale or compress the the image to a smaller file. I down scaled it to 1200px X 1200px.
