Unable to use cloud sync with premiere rush on iPad

I'm unable to use cloud sync on my iPad mini. If I start a project on another device it appears on my iPad but all the video footage is blank! 

if I start a project on my iPad it will not be available on any other device with cloud sync on 

 

 

I also can't use rush offline even with projects cloud sync is turned off for.

Are you signed in to Premiere Rush on your iPad? If so, you might try signing out and back in again.

 

You might also try downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud Mobile app and signing in there too:

Yes I'm signed in on premiere rush.

 

I also have the creative cloud mobile app installed and logged in. It doesn't make a difference.
