Doesnt matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it. Or do all of the proper procedures, premiere rush works when i open it. But when I go to edit a video it just crahses every single time. I tried opening it up on my 2022 ipad, my windows device, and does the same thing everytime. Would be great if it would actually work.

Sorry about that. Have you tried closing all projects, then choosing Settings/Preferences. Manage Cache > Delete All Media Cache. See if that helps.
