Upgrading from start pack to get unlimited exports

I'm having issues with exporting my videos.

Ive already purchased the the unlimited plan but it is still saying I need to do so and won't allow me to complete a export after I'm finished editing. 
I have waited a day and it's still saying the same thing?

Have you tried logging out and then back in to your Creative Cloud account?
