Hi, I needed to make some simple edits to a one-and-a-half-hour video. After finishing my project, I realized that I can't export videos in the HVEC format without subscribing to a paid plan.
Is there a way to upload the video directly to YouTube without having to export it to my device first? Or will the same message pop up?
Hello @tilen_3002,
I noticed a few others having a similar problem. I'm not sure why that happened to you if you able to do the same in the past. You may want to contact us here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. That way we can look at your subscription and see if you are entitled to export as you wish. In the meantime, you may want to try uploading to YouTube via exporting to your device first and then upload. Sorry for the frustration.
Thanks,
Kevin

If HEVC is locked behind a paid plan, you could try exporting in a different format like H.264, which is widely supported. Alternatively, free video editors like HandBrake or DaVinci Resolve might help with conversion. For further contact adobe support here https://helpx.adobe.com/freecineapp.html
