HI @Jacob3755860495tf,

Thanks for writing in with your problem. Sorry about the frustration. There might be one of two things going on:

  • There is not enough space on the iPhone to export it.
  • Rush cannot handle specific footage.

Certain iPhones can shoot 4K HEVC 10-bit 4:2:2 footage, but Rush cannot handle this footage. Check your phone's camera settings to try the "most compatible" setting and see if that works better.

If it is that second problem, and you're in a jam, you can move the foot

HI @Jacob3755860495tf,

Thanks for writing in with your problem. Sorry about the frustration. There might be one of two things going on:

Certain iPhones can shoot 4K HEVC 10-bit 4:2:2 footage, but Rush cannot handle this footage. Check your phone's camera settings to try the "most compatible" setting and see if that works better.

If it is that second problem, and you're in a jam, you can move the footage to a computer (see How to Move Rush files from Mobile to Desktop) and import the footage into Premiere Pro (you can get a free trial). You should be able to export from that app.

Let us know if you need any assistance with this.

Take Care,

Kevin
