Video are not visible in the timeline after importing in Premiere Rush

I have upload other videos to IGTV Instagram by other means.  However, this time I made my own and it will not upload. Even though in the preview box of Instagram it shows the full length. 

There is also a glimpse of a photo I inserted however it does not appear on the time line where it pops up.  Any ideas?

Welcome to the community. It is strange that media files are not visible in the timeline even after importing into Premiere Rush.

We would need more info to understand the issue.

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
• Which device are you using Rush on?
  
• What type of media files you're working with?
• Did you get any error while uploading on Instagram IGTV?
