Hi roberta42324719!
Sorry for the trouble. We have a community thread that discusses a similar issue: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/what-does-the-exclamation-point-mean/td-p/1...
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
Kartika

Hello!
The reason you're seeing these Missing Media indicators is because the project that you started working on has not fully synced to the cloud, or the media (photos or video) is no longer in the same location it was when you added it to your project.
Make sure your project has fully synced by starting your project and then looking for the little blue Sync Loading circle in the upper right corner of the Rush app (next to the Undo arrow) --> GIVE IT TIME TO COMPLETE THE SYNC before starting to edit your project. (Also, if you started the project on a different device, make sure it's fully synced THERE before opening it on your current device.) Remember, the more content you have (or the higher quality the media), the longer it will take to sync.
Once it completes, you're good to go!
Hope this helps 😄

Hello, what do we do if it stays like that? My Creative Cloud says all media has been synced, but the videos are still showing the same icon.

Same here. And the photos are where they should. And I have deleted them and tried uploading through the media browser long path that shows me right in Rush that they are right where they should be.
