Video from XT3 won’t import from Photos Album

 I shot video on my XT3 and imported to my computer. Added it to Photos app. On my iPhone, I started a project in Rush & added that clip. When it loads there is no video. Like it loaded and it's not visible. Videos shot on iPhone import with no issue. 

I've done this many times before. Now I can't add videos shot on XT3 via photos app.
