Video quality of clip changes in premier rush

how to rectify premier rush video quality change after final render ? Some of the clips change colour and quality after the video is saved . It also glitches sometimes !!

• Which device are you using? What's the source of the media files that you're editing? 
• Does it also happen while editing in the preview?
• Have you tried other exporting presets?
