videos changes color to green , purple, black in Premiere Rush

I have been making videos with Rush. However, when I upload a video, all the colors turn to green, purple, and shades of black. I upload from my Samsung tablet through Google drive, download the video from Drive to my Dell laptop, then open it in Rush. Everytime I do, the colors change, and I can't fix it, even when I go into the color menu.

• What are the specifications of your machine[OS, RAM, GPU, CPU]?
• What kind of media files are you working with?
• Could you share a screenshot of the issue so that we'll able to understand it better?
