Videos from iPhone 16 pro max not supported

Videos from iPhone 16 pro max are not supported by premier rush mobile app. Unsupported MM media type error message pops up. What's the solution for this?

Hey @hashem_A,

Try turning off spatial audio in the camera settings. Then, it should work as expected. I hope that helps you and welcome to the forum.
