Hallo,

ich habe aktuell das Problem, dass ich keine Videovorschau in Adobe Rush bekomme. Habe das Programm bereits deinstalliert, weil ich keine Lösung gefunden habe. Habe schon mit Drehung, Einpassen etc. herumgespielt und auch verschiedene Seitenverhältnisse. Aber es kommt einfach keine Videovorschau.
Vor einiger Zeit hat es allerdings mit gleichen Videodateien problemlos geklappt. Ich vermute, dass ich dabei irgendetwas umgestellt habe, was ich nun nicht wieder rückgängig machen kann.

Hat jemand eine Idee?
An den Videodateien kann es nicht liegen wie gesagt. Habe verschiedene Formate etc. probiert.

• Would you mind sharing your system details RAM, GPU, etc?
• Which device did you use to capture the media files?
• Could you confirm if it's happening with a specific file?

I got the same problem, even in the tutorial.

Is there already a possible solution?

Already tried install of previous versions, system restarts, change of display settings, different input material.

System: HP ZBook 15 G3 / i7 6820HQ / 16GB RAM
