I did a live stream with Leona on Adobe For Education's YouTube channel and showcased how to use Adobe Rush. 

This is great if you are new to video editing or a student that is just learning.

Yes Premiere Pro is more powerful, but for quick easy editing on the fly... then Rush is perfect.
