Well, I just recorded and edited a video for the last 5 hours, for Rush to crash and have saved nothing but the first file import as I was trying to export it. Why can't Adobe, the king of photo and video editing, support their own mobile app and fix all these issues! I'm seriously thinking about cancelling my entire Adobe suite and just using CapCut or InShot. How sad is it that Instagram and TikTok have more video editing features and less issues and crashes than ADOBE! I'm so livid right now! Why do I pay hundreds of dollars a year, for this garbage?
Mod note: Edited for content. Minors are reading here.
Hi Adam321432633esm!
Sorry about the frustration. Could you please provide some details about your device and the version of Rush you're using? This information will help us identify any specific issues that might be causing the crashes. Can you make sure your device has enough free storage space? Low storage can sometimes cause apps to crash.
Let us know.
Thanks,
KR

Check out iPhone camera settings. Try again with Audio > Spatial Audio set to off. Try also switching off HDR. I hope the advice helps.
Thanks,
Kevin

Both are already off. It crashed while loading in a final clip. Popped up a spinning wheel of death for a couple minutes and then crashed. Lost pretty much everything from the days work. That isn't the point though. Why isn't this app being supported as well as any other Adobe program? Phones and social media aren't going anywhere, it would be great to see them step up, fix the issues, like I still can't export in 1080p without an audio skip in the last second, and add new features to be on par with all the other phone video editing apps. It's baffeling and should be unaceptable to Adobe's standards. Especially witht the price we pay monthly for the suite.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for the message. I can't really address your concerns as I am not on the product team. I hope that they can respond to the post, but this is a user-to-user forum and they don't engage much here.
Since you are on iOS, you can check out Project Violet. I hope the advice helps.
Thanks,
Kevin

Downloaded it and checked it out. This is exciting! Will this be available on Android eventually as well?

Hey there, @Adam321432633esm,
Thanks for the question. I am not sure about the roadmap for Android since I am not on the product team. If you look at the history of previous mobile video editing apps, like Clip and Rush, Android support is eventually added but the iOS versions always seem to come out first. Sorry about that. I will continue to advocate for Violet to be available on Android as well as on iOS devices ASAP. I appreciate your patience as the devs work this out.
Have a great new year!
Thanks,
Kevin

Adobe Rush should be more stable, especially given the reputation of their suite. While Adobe does offer support, it seems there are still some performance issues that need addressing. If you’re finding CapCut or InShot more reliable for now, they might be worth considering as alternatives.

This is an iPhone thread. Are you on iPhone, @amjad_0995, too? If so, check out Project Violet. That has features you may be looking for.
Thanks,
