Hello,

I am having an issue with using one of the audio loops in Rush. I add it to my project the file plays all is good. When I reopen Rush to continue working the same audio file is now missing. I have to keep adding it back into my project.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi Faelan!

Really sorry to hear that. Can you provide the following information?

  • Where's your project saved? Is it synced to Creative Cloud
  • Could you name the audio file that is creating an issue?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika

Hi,

It is synced. I used the loop called Funk Pocket Full.
Also I do not have the option to sync to premiere pro anymore. I don't get
the option at all..I have since moved to premium pro to start the project
over in that program.

Would my OS version be an issue? I can't update my laptop anymore because
of the 32 to 64 bit change Apple made and some of my programs won't work
anymore if I update.

Thank you!
Fáelán
