Adobe Rush audio levels lowered

I have been working on a project for a couple of weeks. The Clips are imported from my iphone and have been working just fine until I opened it today and the audio on all clips is low making the voices sound off and audio does not match up with the image. I checked the audio levels and everything is set to default. I don't know how to reverse this and get it back to the original sound of the clips.

Hi Mia,

Can you try going to the View menu, deselect "Use Optimized Clips" if it's checked?
