adobe rush unable to upload media to the project

hi everyone.

I've download adaobe premier rush on desktop and when I start creating my project , the app wont let me upload local media such as videos and pictures from the mac photo app. it seems to fail on recognise them. It's really frustrating. has anyone had same problem? I've tried anything , ive disintalled and reinstalled the up and updated my macbook.

I have now found a way to bipass the problem by dragging media on desktop and seems it'll recognise them but not ideal.

it happened to me as well, I have Samsung galaxy S10+ and Rush application fail to load files from my cellphone. I restart my cellphone,  uninstall and reinstall the application.... nothing works.
