I contacted support with the response I would apparently find a "revolution" to my problem here. I would like to find an actual solution that doesnt involve me deleting my work. Thank you.

Im using rush on my pc laptop with windows 10 installed. Rush launches but all it does is show the loading blue ring and doesnt load projects. It wont load the projects so I cant export, and Im using the most recent version of rush.
I see! Thanks for sharing the info.It could be a sync related issue. Please try signing out from Creative Cloud desktop app and sign in again and open Rush.
