This morning I was working in a project in adobe rush from my laptop and I didn't realize my computer (windows) was low on battery. The computer shut down because it didn't have any battery left. I plugged in the computer, turned it on, opened Rush, and my project was completely gone. No trace of it. The project was not ever synced to the cloud, but as I understand that should not matter as it auto-saves locally.

Any help in recovering my project or preventing this from happening in the future would be awesome.

Thanks!
