Hello all,

I was editing a video and took a file from my SD card and uploaded it to Rush. I had viewed the video file before in Quicktime Player and there was no issue. Everything seemed great. However, when I uploaded it to Rush there was a problem. The audio was not lining up with what is happening in the video. The audio and video are both the same length but out of sync.

Hi Ben!

Sorry about that. Could you provide more information?

  • Can you share your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Which device did you use to capture the footage?

You can refer to this article for some suggestions: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-issues-with-screen-recorded-footage-in-premiere-pro/...

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Kartika
